“Local and Seasonal” is the mantra and philosophy behind the MaRKeT restaurant group’s new concept, Harvest. Harvest’s inviting aesthetic was designed by acclaimed award winning designer Lori Carroll. The menu is chalked full of carefully selected local, domestic and fresh ingredients. Harvest features fresh salads and soups, seasonal seafood, local grass-fed beef, and hand made pasta including: ravioli, gnocchi and fettuccine. All ingredients are served fresh and only featured at their peak times throughout the year. Harvest features a well-rounded wine list featuring 85 wines, including special “seasonal” wines to compliment the time of year, and fresh fruit cocktails. Local loose leaf tea is pressed table side and organic, fair-trade coffee from around the world is seasonally rotated.
