Owner Ranjit Sood, who owns and operates a number of restaurants in London, has developed a concept completely unique to South Florida. At Mint Leaf, the dishes are created to pamper guests with true exotic, traditional and authentic Indian specialties that focus around the Tandoor Oven which is used to prepare meats, bread, fish and vegetables sticking with the true cooking methods of Northern India.
