Guillory's Grocery and Meat Market was founded in 1972 as a small corner grocery and meat market serving our neighborhood. From a simple request, by one of our customers, to fix a ham sandwich we have grown into a full service deli and catering business and thus becoming Guillory's Deli and Tamales.
In 1998 we developed our signature, TAMALES!! They have been a great success with them consistently making the "Best of List" by local TV, Radio and Print media along with being a favorite of the local food critics. We simply like to say that they are "the Best Homemade Hot Tamales in Town".
We were one of the first to offer Krispy Krunchy Chicken in the New Orleans market back in 2002 and continues to be very popular.
Beside our Tamales and Chicken we offer daily Hot Plate Lunches and have a full Catering menu for your parties, office meetings, tailgating or any event where you need great food at a great price.
